I got books for most everyone on my list (in some cases, it didn't make sense). I didn't participate in SantaThing because I knew I didn't need the extra weight in my suitcase. I did take part in a YA gift exchange and I got Invisible Touch by Kelly Parra which I am very excited about!

I gave a good friend 3 books for Christmas, but for the most part I'd rather give a gift card to a bookstore because I never know my book-reader friends/family already have.

Oh, she does the same to paper towels when she can get her claws on them.
He he! My kitties go for the paper towel rolls. They are longer so they can wrap their whole bodies around them when they rip them to shreds! Emmy is adorable!

Emmy sure looks like she's having a good time!
My cat loves to shred those things too but only if someone doesn't put it on the dispenser and knocks it on the floor. She holds it and chews while she digs her back feet into it and shreds. Weird cat!
I know it's not funny for you but it is for us seeing Emmy at a favorite pastime. One of my friend's dog used to take the toilet paper and trek it through the house-it was hilarious.
